I have to do brake pads and rotors. When stock 15in rims
    Now 17in rims
What's the best way to increase front braking power? Larger rotors and calipers? Is there a kit? What about Tundra brakes?

Well that’s what your stock stuff was new prob. I would get expensive pads and bleed the calipers with a vacuum bleeder. Good to go.

Mainly catalytic converter codes, I just monitor my mileage but it's handy as hell for clearing BS codes. I have 1 and it works awesome! Paid for itself more than once already! For the$20 it is completely worth it.

I’m towing a boat tomorrow! Brakes seem firm good stopping power, leave plenty of distance, drive defensively...
