Dash Right Passenger Air Vent Chrome Trim

The front chrome trim to the Right Passenger Air Vent tab is missing from a 2016 TRD Pro Quicksand I recently purchased. Any idea if just the chrome trim can be purchased and replaced? Toyota dealership is saying to buy the whole new unit for $300.

Thanks. Was hoping just to find that chrome piece and not have to swap out the whole unit. Appreciate the help

 

How did you remove the chrome bit?

 

Might want to check local salvage yards. I can’t imagine that chrome piece is that expensive.
