Anyone install this kit on a 2020 ORP non KDSS and if so was there any problem with the radar/adaptive cruise control.

I went with the struts/shocks only, no springs, to lift the front somewhat, and am happy with the result, especially since I got 265 Falken tires...if it were just me, I'd order the springs and complete the stage 1 lift, but my wife would have a time getting in...one of those little compromises that life is...

Installed at last. I was running 1" spacers in the front before but I was expecting a more dramatic look for the front with the advertised 2.75". Set it up at the first notch. Curious to see if the rear will settle or stay.

Only issue I'm running into right now is with the spidertrax spacers. Rubbed on both mudguards, took them off hoping that would fix it but I'm still rubbing. I can live with it for now but will be needing a body mount chop at some point especially if I plan on running larger tires

Either way I'm stoked to finally have it on. Exceeded my expectations on the first drive, nosedive is basically non-existent now, cornering improved, handles amazing. I like everything about it right now.

What is your caster set to after alignment? Are you still using stock UCA's?

Still on 265's? maybe just remove the spacers? i have the pro rims with 285s and this lift. Only rubbing up front, but after minor trimming i am good.

I wanted to run small spacers but was afraid it would rub on the frame.

have you looked to make sure it was for sure rubbing on the frame and not the inner plastic?

Nice 4 Runner! It looked good before and looks good afterwards, imho, haha. I guess the main thing is how it performs, which sounds perfect. It looks like it was more level before, though. I’d like to improve mine similarly, but unlike most, I’m not interested in too much lift. I like level, though, and maybe a hair stiffer. Off road capability depends more on other factors than on lift where I go.

Hi everyone! New guy here...I ordered this kit from Wheeler's on Monday, just got off the phone with Travis there and it shipped yesterday, so I should get the kit in by Monday. I will have the coil springs powder coated blue before installing the kit. It will be going on a 2020 Midnight Black "Venture". I m very excited to see how it looks and feels once I get it installed. The plan is to put 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers once the kit is installed.

275's should fit, BUT that are usually an LT tire (more durable BUT way heavier). Here's an 18 with the eibach kit, TRD wheels and 265/70 wildpeaks.IMG_20200103_081426.jpg

Its great to see a choice that is high quality and American made! They look fantastic!! When North American manufacturers make something, they really get it right, and its great to see folks supporting them and willing to pay for that quality.

I’d love to see this when you get it installed, GRIZ. I was thinking the same thing with a 1/2” rear spacer.

I ordered my kit last Monday from Wheeler's. It arrived today so it only took seven days and that included a holiday. I took the coil springs to get powder coated so waiting on that before I can get started on the install.

I believe it is 3 - 4 and yes still on stock UCA's

Still on 265's, I'm slowly getting the hang of avoiding going in reverse at full lock so yes rubbing on the frame. When I eventually switch wheels I'm looking to run an offset that'll give the same wide stance without spacers, so either -10 or -38 offset. I figure for now might as well leave the spacers on get the body mount chop and have it set up for when I get 285's and wheels

I agree it looked alot more leveled before. My purpose for the 1/2" rear spacer was to give me 1.5" of total lift in the rear but I ended up with about 2" on both sides. I'm waiting to see if it settles down to 1.5". If it stays at 2" in the rear then I'll re adjust the front coils to the second notch when I install new UCA's. Since I'll be adding a front skid that should help level it or I can remove the rear spacers, not entirely too sure yet time will tell.

    Eibach vs stock

Definitely looks good. From the photo it appears to have the same relative amount of rake as stock, not a bad thing. With the bigger tires it will be perfect. Thanks, Griz. Btw, great colour too.

@Cjs082006 how much did the bumper drag it down? Looking to get a bumper/winch soon and was hoping it wouldn't add that much weight. I really do not want to take it apart again to adjust the clips. If/when you do it please post the info so I know how of a PITA I'll be facing.

@wmdtech (sounds like an EOD nickname!) SSO slimline and winch put it down about an inch. After install of the stage 1 kit, it looks like factory rake with everything higher (I really don’t mind the rake-still deciding on whether or not to move the clip). From the ground to the top of the wheel well, 2 inches difference.

That's my dilemma. I paid to have everything assembled when I ordered from wheeler.com, and wish I would have asked them to install on the 2nd notch. But, I wasn't sure how quickly I would be looking at a bumper (still not 100% sure) but at least it doesn't seem to be that difficult as long as you have a spring compressor.

I think a compressor will slip in without taking anything (except tires, of course) back off. I kind of like the rake, so I may just keep it like it is. It still was an awesome upgrade. A huge difference in the ride and I feel a lot better having the upgrade with the additional weight. Looks and feels more like a truck.

It's pretty easy to change without a spring compressor. Actually easier, IMO.

There are plenty of youtube vids showing how to change your struts using the "no spring compressor method". Just follow one of those, move the clip up to the next setting, and re-install.

So no issues with rubbing or needed any body mods to fit 285s with the Eibach lift?

I didn't have any issues at all with rubbing when I put the Eibach kit and 285 K02s on mine. Some people have some issues. Guess it depends on the truck and how it's installed.

Just installed the kit last week (need to upload some pics). I went with 285's however my wheels have a little negative offset which will affect things as well. I have a little rubbing on the bumper/fender liner and very slightly on the body mount at full lock in reverse. I installed SPC UCA's as well, I'm going to let it settle for a week or so and get another alignment and then do the trimming and potential bmc. I'm sure you've read this before but every truck is different, same set up on two trucks can yield two very different results. Best advice if you want to run 285's be prepared to cut/trim something.
