Just Purchased a 2020 Limited. I thought you could roll down rear window
With the arrow buttons on tailgate. I wanted a video of 2019 that did. Mine says lock unlock. So is there a way to roll down other than button inside. Thank you

Put the key in the keyhole on the hatch and hold it to the left and right to roll it up and down.

Did they do away with that feature in 2019! I just watched video of it being used. Mine says lock and Unlock i assume that just locks the tailgate with the arrows.

If there's no keyhole (? dunno on limited ?) then hold the button for a few seconds.

Not being a smartass!! BUT look it up in your owners manual, it'll give all the details on how to do the different functions of your vehicle. I own a 2018 TRD OR, so I can't help W/Limited Version

Leave smart key in your pocket and stand by the rear hatch. Hold and press the down arrow until the rear hatch glass opens. Press and hold the up arrow to close the glass.

I didn’t have smart key in my pocket. I’m just confused about the buttons saying lock and unlock. Thank you all for helping

created this video for you :) it will unlock the truck and rolls down the glass, if you press and hold the down arrow. The smart key has to be near the truck for this to occur.
