1999 sr5 v6 5spd 4runner starts but windows dont work, turn signals dont work...

hello to all:

this is not a joke. its odd and it only happened a few days ago.

i start the vehicle, it runs.
i try to open the window, it doesnt move.
i try a turn signal, and it doesnt work.

i push the window lock button a few times, and i can open the window, i can use the turn signals. once i get on the road, a few minutes later, when i try to close the windows, it doesnt work. and the turn signals again, do not work again.
i pull off the road to the side, wait for abit, turn engine off. after a few minutes pass, the turn signals work and the windows work (locks work thru out this whole ordeal)

what the hell could this be ? is it a faulty switch in the power window collection of switches ?
its odd that both the windows and signals dont work at the same time, that is the kicker.

has anyone in this forum seen this behavoir from their 4runner ? is so, what is the problem ?
