    Anyone have the kit
    FJ3-RCC - Toytec 3" Lift Kit W/Spacers & Rear Superflex Coils
from toytec? Wondering how the ride is and if anyone needed new UCAs.

Front spacer lifts are often frowned upon, unless there is zero planned Offroad use. This is because you are increasing suspension height, but not suspension travel; which can ultimately lead to catastrophic shock failure. That’s not to say 100% that it’s going to happen, but the probability exists.

Ride wise will be no different than stock, since you’ll be using the same stock coil and shock assembly. You’re not adding any preload, your just stacking a spacer on top.

a better budget oriented solution would be to do a set of bilstein 5100’s in the front.

For upper control arms; they are recommended for anything 2.5” or higher; at 3” , would definitely recommend arms.

Thanks all. Yeah I wasn’t too sure about this one after seeing other posts about spacers. I think my go to will be 5100s set at .85 for a level look.
