I noticed this on my 2020 TRDOR, I've only had it for 3 weeks and just saw this. It's on the top of the rear passenger panel just above the glass, right below the roof rack. I'm 99.99% sure that it came from the dealership this way. But since I'm not 100% sure I haven't brought it up to them yet.

My question is, would be an easy fix for a PDR expert? Or am I looking at a bigger issue...

I am no PDR expert but I would say the answer to your question is "yes". This typically happens when someone is not careful when removing the roof rack end caps.

Easy fix, but could be expensive for a good guy to make it disappear.

i would look behind the quarter panel covers. perhaps you can just tap on it and pop it out? it doesn't look that bad.

^this, someone tried to pop the cover off the roof rail. Let the dealer fix it. People have no clue that cap comes off in seconds - use a slim pick with a 90 bend near the tip, slip it ontop the rubber and pull the cap out, pops in seconds

As much as I would want the dealer to fix this, most dealers would simply deny it and blame it on the owner.

True, I also have short term memory and wouldnt want just any dealer working on mine. Few years back I had a truck delivered with damage, dealer fixed it horribly (found an air brush reciept under the seat)... anyway some dealers suck at autobody, turned out the dealership had a chevy dealer up north that does great work. turned out flawless! Now any work I need done goes to that dealer. Shop is only as good as the dude sprayin the paint!

Easy fix for a PDR guy. But keep in mind they’ll have to drop the headliner. So make sure you get someone with a good reputation. You don’t want them just tearing stuff down without paying attention.

Not that it’s difficult. But you want someone that’s not a fly by night operator and someone who will stand behind his work.

I’d like to think a decent shop would just drop the rear portion of the headliner enough to get their pdr tools at it for the fox. If it’s a pretty straight shot to the dent without issue it shouldn’t take them much at all to fix it

    Currently stock; MODS coming soon.
It’s an easy fix. An experienced PDR should be able to get the dent from the other side and the small ding removed. Don’t go with the cheapest, go with the one that has the most positive reviews & experience. 2 cents.

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
I had a bigger dent it almost the exact same place. I used this and it got 85% of it out. I think it would get yours completely out but then I'm certainly no expert. For $16 I think it's worth a try.
