97 4Runner SR5 Price Check

I have a 97 4Runner SR5.
3.4L
4WD
5-Speed
148k miles.

I am the second owner. I bought it in 2000. Maintenance has been kept up. Just replaced the timing belt at 140k. Everything works except the clock and now the engine! Needs new muffler also. I was driving home and heard a very loud knocking. Pulled over and had oil coming out of the middle cylinder on the passenger side. My limited mechanical skills tells me it isn't good. It is in pretty good condition. Interior (cloth) is in very good condition for the age. The body has a little bit of rust at the lower front corner of the doors. I can post pics when I get a few minutes.

Bottom line is I am curious what I could get for it as it sits...
