2016-2017 not part of fuel pump recall?

so what about the 2016-17 4 runners this is another wait and see. Just hope it doesn't stall when doing a river crossing, crossing railway tracks, in an intersection, on the highway...time to take a bike!

If it doesn't say 2016-17 4Runners are affected by the recall, then why would you be worried about driving one?

I’d sell it, Toyota was supposed to have bullet proof reliability?! A recall is unacceptable. Who wants to join me trying to start up a class action lawsuit?

 

Just interesting they would skip a few years then go back to the same fuel pump? Oh wait....

Nothing to see here folks, time to put on the mask and keep on working, or let the mask slip up and cover the eyes.

 

Considering this is the like 4th thread about it going back to January, yes, late to the party.

 

Did you ever consider that it may be a part within the fuel pump that is faulty and that other years may not use that same part?

 

Got a message from Toyota today in the mail: My 2019 SR5 is not included in the recall.
