New here and just picked up an 88 4Runner. All original 229,000 miles and a rebuilt V6. Looking to make it a gradual project but here are my first page plans... Rear fenders will need some work due to rust bubbles, but my plan is to add flairs and bigger tires that won't require cutting. Will remove top and plan to add a bikini top (will only see the summer in Wisconsin). Any advice on how much of a rear lift is needed to level the rake if I leave the front alone? Image attached is the goal with top off.88 4runner.jpg

The rake doesn't look bad. The smaller rear wheelwells give the illusion of sag. I measured my frame behind the front wheels and in front of the rear. Mine was level. I added OME Dakar springs cause I needed increased load carrying capacity. Beware tho OME states they give 2" of lift. It turned out to be 5". Now I have a different rake! IMG_1170.jpg
