Okay to use your phone and Apple Carplay or Android Auto you plug into the USB port, right?

Well, what about a USB Fob with music on it? That can play there too.

But what if you want both? USB drive for music and lets say Google Maps on your phone.

Is there a splitter you can use to get both simultaneously?

Your only option would be to purchase a head unit with 2 USB ports. You can't "Y" a USB port for 2 devices and run off the same line. Also a hub will not work either.
