Rear lock actuator replacement conundrum - HELP!

I will attempt to explain as best I can:

1. Drivers side rear passenger door lock wasn't working. Purchased and installed a new actuator.

2. Installed, and thought everything was back together correctly.

3. Closed the door to test, and now can't open the door. Can't manually unlock it, outside handle won't open it. Inside handle won't open it. Remote doesn't do it either. The door is closed, and I don't know what to do.

4. You can't seem to remove the door panel when the door is closed either...

5. Please help! I am at a loss on this and frustrated...

Need to keep working it. Something mechanical was not properly installed.

Maybe try rolling down the window and using a flat plastic tool to get things dislodged. Not sure if this will work, just an idea. Need to keep fiddling with it.
