Looks good. Got any night shots so I can see the difference in kelvins?

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
This is the driver's side. Easiest way to get the "lid" off is to gently pry it off from the back side then just keep pulling until the screw tabs break. It made me a bit nervous doing it but it works. As far as I know, both sides come off the same way.

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
I figure I'll just throw these pics in here. Going back to the Smittybuilt truck box. I played around with seeing if I could bolt it down to the rear cargo floor. Pulled up the carpeting to take a peek. Was surprised how easy that carpeting comes up.

Did a quick google search of here and the other board. Used a screw driver to pull up the front edge of the rear plastic trim piece. Enough so I could get a couple fingers under it and pull up:

    Rear Plastic trim piece.jpg

The carpet attaches via some clips. Used the flat head screwdriver to pull those apart.
    Carpet clips.jpg
From there you can pull sides of the carpeting out and roll it up. Underneath is a 4Runner embossed piece of styrofoam that comes out real easy.
    Foam.jpg

Underneath - not much available for mounting the Smittybuilt box without drilling holes.
    Cargo hold floor.jpg

Scrapped that idea and stuck with using hardware attached to the rear tie downs.
    Connections.jpg

Note on the Smittybuilt box. I hear noises coming from it. Hitting the brakes while going down hill off road, it sounds like the drawer is moving.

My D-Rings I have stuffed into my Rhino Tow Strap bag are noisy - sound like bells ringing back there. Need to pad them better. Probably stuff them individually into some old pillow cases.

I did have an instance bashing though a mud hole where it sounded / felt like the whole box lifted off the cargo floor.

    @ 1/10th the price of a Frontrunner, Arb, or Dobinson's box - it's functional.

    Makes total sense to me.

The cartridge filters a lot of these respirators use have activated carbon. That's why I specifically looked for one for my cabin filter.

First wash since doing the ceramic coating (about 10 days). I should have used the coating from day one. Didn't even need to do a "contact wash", but of coarse i did. Took the pick as i was walking away. Its just so shiny.

OEM led fogs are a very short pattern vertically but very wide. Color is very white, not blue, not yellow. Close match to my 4300K hids.

In my 19 I had 5k hid, and 6k led. The oem led fogs where still "whiter" than both. The only perfect match I found was the Morimoto XB fogs and the XB headlights. damn shame the XB headlights suck for actually providing light so scrapped that whole setup

Here is what mine looked like after install.
They were stock bulb in stock housing and now black OEM LED lights. Huge improvement for $100ish!
I hope it helps. I think it is what you asked for.

Thanks! I am very interested in this as I think it would look great on my Nightshade. My only concern is the color difference between these and the halogen headlights. I upgraded those to the whiter Phillips Xtreme vision but I really don’t want to go the HID or LED route:

If you're interested in a warm white fog light, the new SS3 pods by Diode Dynamics can be optioned like that. Their yellow pods have 4000K base LED chips. Swap in a clear optic and you're good to go. Below are pics of my yellow fog lights and the auxiliary high beam pods in white.

Made a sleeping platform for rear, measured 41x43 was a damn near perfect fit (I do have some canvasback back there so YMMV). Odd thing was I measured the height figuring I’d need about 1.5-2” of leveling supports under the platform to run even with rear seats folded down, when I dropped it in, it was perfectly flush just with the plank alone. (3/4” sanded plywood). Still baffled over that, anyway, pics to follow once I get the carpeting cover on.

idk how much room you need but I built my own custom storage and to date it has worked great, only issue I’ve had is the carpet wasn’t heavy duty enough and has shown some wear.

I posted a write up about it.

I got my Spidertrex spacers on! Loving the better stance. No vibration, or anything of that nature. It did cause a bit of rubbing at full lock, especially in reverse, so I did a bit of trimming. Next is sliders...any suggestions? I will be selling these Nfab bars shortly.

    Looks good.
    Do you really need sliders?
If you're not rock crawling on off road parks or crossing rivers prone to large hidden rocks, I'd spend money elsewhere.
For parking lot ding protection, keeping the steps is a cheaper option.

Most people i've seen with sliders rarely touch them to off road obstacles.
Even going through off road parks and fire roads, don't think mine have hit anything yet on the 4R. Once in the last 5 years between 2 trucks, sliders hit something and I suspect damage would have been minimal, if any, had I not had the sliders.

4xinnovation is a really nice bolt on slider.
But then 4x is only slider i ever had besides custom built set on my other truck.

Plenty of brands to choose from though.

It's something that I'd have to be safe rather than sorry. There are a few places I go and would like to go where having sliders would be very helpful. This weekend I did a stream crossing and hit my bars on a hidden rock.

I'm probably going to add some ditch lights first for some extra lighting when exploring at night.

Thanks for the input, I'll check them out!

Thanks man! It really gave it a much more aggressive stance. I'm running BFG KO2/s in 275/70/17 and SpiderTrex 1.25in spacers all around.

Fabricated a wind fairing out of a sheet of Aluminum today to take away the helicopter effect I was getting from the front crossbar. Additional crossbars will be next.
