UCA recommendation

I’m thinking about doing the Eibach pro truck lift stage one suspension lift and keeping my 285/70/17R

What kind of UCA would y’all recommend for this lift

just wanting to upgrade all at once instead of putting the oem back on and putting more strain

 

You honestly probably don’t need UCA’s for what you’re doing. But if you decide you need them, SPC, ICON and Camburg are all good choices.

 

If you are doing the 2.75 inch lift in the front I'd get UCA for sure.
I've had Icon tubular UCA before and they are noisy and the return on the steering wheel was sluggish.
SPCs are great and offer a ton of adjustment and are quiet. Just be certain you find an alignment tech that knows how to adjust them properly.

 

I was looking at different videos and many have said that the alignment isn’t perfect with the stock uca

 

depends on lift height. If you’re gonna go over 2” I’d go with ucas. I have ran SPC’s with all of my vehicles and couldn’t be happier.

 

If you're in SoCal.. you can drive to Eibach and grab the shocks/struts/springs. Then go to The Truck Shop in Miramar (San Diego) and have them do the install along with their in-house Built Right UCAs and first class BMC

FWIW the Built Right UCAs most similarly resemble the Total Chaos and Camburg uniball designs

 

Eibach is currently closed until further notice. Most likely the Truck Shop also.
