Free: 1997 SR5 grille emblem

Hey, folks.

As the holidays approach, I'm in a 'pay-it-forward' mood. Some of you might know from my posts that my '97 finally completed a $$$ front corner repair, after haggling with insurance for proper salvage payout, etc. etc. Well, I'm back on the road now, with a clean Michigan title and complete with new grille & emblem (along with another $1,500 of Toyota parts). The.truck.looks.great!!! And, I put some money in my pocket. When the heck does THAT happen when dealing with insurance on a 23 year old, 200K mile vehicle??!!

So, now, I'm gifting away the only thing that survived the collision - the Toyota grille emblem. This one has ~214K miles on it - and looks very clean. If you need one, save yourself the $35-$40 and have this one. My treat. And . . . I'll even pay for the standard shipping (in continental US, that is ).



1st IM takes it with 2 conditions . . .

1. You truly need it for a build / refurb of your beloved Toyota, and aren't simply taking it to re-sell here or on ebay, etc. Of course, you can lie to me . . . but you'll know what's in your heart.

2. You consider paying it forward yourself. Big, small, whatever. Just think about doing something for someone with no strings in the next month or so. Its just that we're so dang polarized in the US these days, it'd be nice.

If you still have this I'll take it in a heart beat. I'm rebuilding my 4runner that I just purchased, they hit a deer...the grille I just ordered off Amazon does not come with an emblem.
