Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
DSCN5468.jpg DSCN5469.jpg 65* here today so the Runner got a bath. Man, I love this color!

BD ditch lights and Rago fab lo-pro brackets and mounted my HAM radio in that useless cubbie we have on the center dash.

i have the rago low profile mounts. Yours are better, IMO. The low profile sits too low and you lose a lot of light on the hood. B939C40C-4A19-4B08-8467-F6A9F26A2B14.jpg

Yeah those look a little too low. The regular ones are still low compared to most brackets so I’m happy. I’ll never buy cheap lights again after these BDs. These things are bright!!

Awesome! Was that the mount that I linked or did you go with a different size?

The fender liner mod is unbolting the bottom front of the fender liner, pushing it forward, poking new holes and putting the bolts back in to give an extra half inch of clearance ribs of the plastic liner inside the wheel well. What was posted is a TSB to trim the actual painted plastic front bumper on the TaRD Pro so the factory tires don’t hit the bumper with the wider stance of the pro wheels.

So what are they doing in Step 3 (A through G) of the TSB?

That step is kinda similar but they are just modifying the liner so it doesn’t stick out past the bumper cover once they trim that corner of the cover off.

But they're drilling new holes in the fender liner so that it gets pushed further forward and trimming the corner of the fender flare off, are they not?

Yeah it’s the “C” size with the 1” ball. Then I got a 3” arm and the mount from KCK that I linked.

That is exactly what I had in mind! Came out awesome. I just ordered a two post lift for the garage and Disneyland with the 5 year old in May so I wont be doing Ram mount stuff for a bit haha!

My point is it’s not 14 pages on how to do a fender liner mod... it’s 14 pages on how to accurately and consistently trim the bumper covers

Well, trimming the bumper covers is Step 4 (A-O) in the TSB.

You seem to be negating Step 3 (A-G) for some reason.....the part where you push the fender liner forward and drill new holes.

Put them together and you have.........THE FENDER LINER MOD :)

You seem to think all 14 pages of that = fender liner mod, it doesn’t. The fender liner mod itself does not require cutting the bumper. This TSB for cutting the bumper is not the same thing as the fender liner mod. You can do the fender liner mod on all 5th gens, this TSB for trimming the bumper doesn’t apply to all 5th gems.

Fender liner mod doesn't require cutting the bumper? What? The tires rub the bumper, you move the liner and trim the bumper. That's the whole point!

Ran the wiring through a relay - Probably overkill..I could have ran it directly from the 5 amp add a fuse and the 6 feet of so of 18 gauge wire would have handled it just fine but I had the relay already so what the heck.

    IMG_4939.jpg

Also, I forgot what a PITA running a wire through the firewall grommet is...
