I agree, It is not normal, however, as for a "sealed" unit, I am not sure. The Blinker is removable so if that seal is cracked etc. water could definitely get in there. I would think as a temp/quick fix you could use a hair dryer on low and blow air into the housing to clear the moisture, try to be somewhere that doesn't have a lot of dust because you will never get it out once it is in. I agree, if it is under warranty, take it in! If not, dry it out and maybe just a little grease on the O-ring around the blinker might help.

Man to be honest, I cannot tell a huge difference lol. I have a 2017 tacoma trd pro with the fox suspension that I drive everyday, so I have only put a handful of miles on this new set up. I'd say if anything, it just feels a little more stable and less nose dive while braking. I am already thinking of the RCC2.0 rear springs and a toytec front perch spacer lol. I was hoping it wouldve been like one inch taller than it is now. I like the bilsteins a lot so far though!

Toyota has one, as does locker down. Amazon is your friend... Or the devil.

Rebuilt an old fobus holster to hold 90% of my pistols and hard mounted it.

Bilstein 5100's installed all around. Fronts set at 1.75'' and added one inch Cornfed rear spacer. The ride has improved as others have mentioned and The look is perfect. Highly recommended.lift 2.jpg

Working on a little project. Should be done in a couple weeks. Stripped all chrome with bleach, cleaned, dried, painted black. Ordered clear lenses to replace the amber lenses for the side markers.

Nope, leaving the original projector in place. I’m happy with the lights using H9 bulbs. Just wanted all the chrome to be gone.

Great feature! Now if Mercedes was reliable, easy to work on, and cost of ownership wasn't so high, they would be great vehicles!

Sorry, I didn't get to wash the 4runner till today.
No condensation anywhere & I use my pressure washer and then hand wash & rinse. I would call their BS & go see another dealership!
Maybe check the bulb gasket or whatever you call the housing that holds the bulb in. Socket & gasket maybe...

Well, This is my girlfriends new SUV and she love's it so far I tried to steer her in many other directions but I stayed clear of the of the conflict. The SUV itself is nice with a ton of "TECH" we got them to cover the maintenance for the term of the 3 yr lease.

Lease is the way to go with a Mercedes. They are very nice, super comfortable, just not reliable long term. 100K miles if that and they start getting real expensive.

Mounted the rigid diffused reverse lights. Sorry I've got pics but no time for a write up. The dash screen pic, the runner is about 45 feet to the garage

Yes indeed! This will cost her nothing other than lease payment each month. Just the first 3 yrs alone maintenance costs are over $1,500. first service and oil change is 10K $370/ 20K $640/ 30K $750......:spending:

Installed the passenger side Rago Fabrication molle panel, installed the oem Toyota D ring part# 58460-35012, first aid kit, flashlight, and paper towel holder. this will do for now until i can think of anything else useful to put up. love the look and organisation on the rear now.

Nice! I like how we (most of the people on this forum) get a new runner and mod it out IMMEDIATELY! We had Sliders, Skids, Tires, Lift and Prinsu installed prior to the first service haha! The dealership mechanic wouldnt leave my wife alone about the mods haha.
PS, Put on shoes... you'll catch a cold! :D

Decided I didn't like the look of the chrome lug nuts but also didn't want to buy aftermarket lugnuts after reading reviews about how quickly they rusted or faded out. Buying the OEM Toyota lugnuts simply was not an option ($$$$$) either. Then I found these guys (colorlugs.com) and for $25 I added these simple caps. I figure if they aren't worth a flip or fade etc I'm only out $25 and about 5 minutes of my time.

1.5" lugs with wheel locks. I like the simplicity of putting them on and they even came with a little extractor tool to help remove them if you need to take off a tire.

None yet but looking for some
First, thank you to everyone who posted about their truthfull experiences at the dealerships with regards to the maintenance.

I did the first oil change myself and installed the fumoto drain valve F103s (it fits fine with no issue) changed out the plastic oil filter housing with the aluminum one 15620-31060, and replaced the filter 04152-yzza1. I used the Motivx Tools Engine Oil Funnel (thread-in kind), all from Amazon. 6.6 quarts of 0w20 full synthetic for auto parts store. If I'm correct the oil drain cover plate bolts were 21 ft/lbs and the Pro skid plate bolts were 33ft/lbs. It went smooth as silk once I had all the parts and tools.

Then I detailed the interior with some 303 Aerospace Protectant. And installed the weBoost Drive Reach. I installed the exterior antenna on the passenger side behind the roof rack. I needed a 5ft SMB extension antenna cable to reach the unit mounted under the passenger seat. It's been a busy 2 days! Tomorrow is a pro exterior cleaning and ceramic finish.
