    First the symptoms:

    · While AC is on, cabin heater damper control goes hot on its own, I have to turn to hot, then back to cool to make the damper stay on cool.

    · Front door locks will only fully cycle 2 to 3 times before they start getting weak. Hence, I can not program my new key fobs. Static DC volts is 11.2 but at battery is 12+.

    · I think the back window operates slowly, also may be a voltage problem.

Has anyone out there in Toyota land had voltage drop issues or have seen these issues above.

I would start pulling fuses until that voltage pops back up.

Edit: Test your voltage after the battery cables but before the fuse panel.

I would bet you have bad battery cable(s).
