    Preach on!
I actually park next to the corral when at the grocery store. I hug my passengers side again it. That way no one can bring a cart next to me & the corral doesn't have doors. This leaves ample space for my 6'4 body to exit & not worry about who parks next to me.
I also have an odd assumption that if people are bringing the carts back; they are actually helping & that may be the safest place. Just my logic but has worked on 3 vehicles over 20 yrs (since I had a vehicle I cared about).

I park the same way, safe as one can possibly imagine. I stopped doing the cart corral though. Guy at work did that & found a scratch front to back of his truck. Store video saw a fat lady tried to turn sideways and squashed her way through.

I dont mind walking so i park away from people as much as possible, i also try and park right next to a curb and back into my parking, i try and make as few "chances" of getting dinged as possible, and i have a beaver tail in my hitch point to prevent dings from people pulling into a parking spot and tapping the rear of my vehicle. Not full proof still, you could always still get dinged, but i figure the extra 60 seconds of walking is better than unnecessary damage.

Sliders wont help the front or rear fender, or front or rear bumpers from damage, but they will help the sides from shopping carts and SOME doors. I keep "steps" on my vehicle for the same reason. I want sliders... But just dont want to pay for them LOL

I call them steps, but they are more like mud catchers that i must avoid touching at all costs when wearing clean clothes LOL

Whose to say someone didnt park beside you, ding your door, then drive away so they didnt get caught, then an innocent person pulls in afterwards and you kick their mirror off?

I guess that's one way to go to jail or get the snot beat out of you LOL

Not sure what steps you have but I got the one from Tyger and they help A LOT Not loving how far they stick out but it's worth it for the protection. I'm with you on wanting real sliders but not wanting to pay for them lol.

Yes they do! I hear rocks hitting them al the time which is better than the paint. I have a few chips on the sides from rocks even with them there.

Now, aren't you glad you got the center console & glove compartment organizer installed to separate the goods. Plus, with the dope light it is completely incognito. :anonymous:

If you installed a roof rack. You got this! Watch a few videos, give some friends a few beers. You will be fine. That just looks intimidating.
There is a power that should go to a key on source so it can only run while the vehicle is on. There is a relay (ment to keep power draw to the lights correct ( just hang or zip tie it to something. Then the switch that is routed to the cab.
I maybe missing something as I don't have raptor light but I do have a light bar on my Ford & it looked intimidating also.
Take your time & research! You got this.

Probably been seen and done before but my first "mod" to my 2020 SR5-P was installing the black TRD shift knob. Too cold and rainy here in MD to do much else. Probably going to start a build thread for the fun of it. Plenty of plans once the weather changes. [IMG]
