12 Volt Solutions Remote Start

I have a 2019 Limited Nightshade and purchased remote start with spm from 12 volt solutions. I installed yesterday and it does not work. I have tried reprograming, and everything else by video and instructions repeatedly. I have not added the smart phone module yet as I wanted to make sure the fob worked first. Called and texted and emailed 12 volt solutions with no reply. I am trying to get troubleshooting help before I pull it all back out and put the dash panels back in, really dont want to have to do this twice, anyone else with the pushbutton start installed one of these and had an issue. Please help if so.

You do realize it’s the weekend, I don’t know these guys from 12v but I would stay relaxed for now!

 

Accesorides is the better of the 2 if i remember correctly

 

12 Volt Solutions just released a new kit for the 4Runner. They were nice enough when I called to ask some questions to send out the new and improved kit at no cost. They are usually the bees knees for customer support.
