An again, can it be had without the Victory logo in the light cutout?

 

If necessary get a band saw or similar. I know you don't representing other companies (for some reason). Buy it in bare metal & have it cut out if that is your desire. I don't see a problem there. I may be wrong!

 

It can not, but as @4Runner fun said you can order it in bare metal! You can also order a perforated panel to install in place of a light bar and that could be painted black.

Thank you! The corner of the bumper comes out far enough to be the first point of contact. The wings of the bumper would need to be quite a bit wider than the fenders to accommodate headlight hoops.
