Swapped out the door lights with JDM ASTAR LED's. Super easy to do!

Also hit the beach Sunday/Monday for fishing.

I had the 1/4 Headstrong spacer plate (1/2 of lift) and they worked great with zero problems for 31k. And I towed a decent amount and did a lot of city driving. Also I was under the impression that if I went with a larger spacer it would require longer studs to be pressed into the top plate...you may want to look into that. And because of that I went with the 1/4 ones. I now have the Eibachs which made my SR5 ride much nicer with less body roll. But I was very happy with the spacer and that 1/2 to 1 inch lift makes the 4Runner look much better.

You'll be happy and they make a great product. As for the snap ring, it's a non issue. The lower shock shaft will fold and snap off before that snap ring fails. Bilstein uses the same design and has for many years. I haven't seen any failures due to the snap ring.

The 2010-13 4Runners are the best looking 4Runners ever produced IMO. Nice ride!

I love the face-lift 5th gens, but the OG Trails are my favorite!

Got my body mount chop, fender liner mod, and some of the plastic bumper trimmed today.

Now I could do donuts, full lock, in reverse and still no rubbing.

I had Sylvania Silverstar Ultra H11 bulbs in my 2016 which were better than stock but in these projectors they were not impressive. I love these bulbs and have had great results with them in other vehicles but not the 4Runner. I decided to do the H9 headlight bulb swap for my low beams. Driving home from work I can tell a drastic difference. Cleaner more pure white light that lights up the road further and wider but at the same cutoff. So far it appears I am not blinding oncoming traffic which is a good thing. I took the highway home tonight but I will put them to the test on all back roads tomorrow on my way to work. So far, I am very pleased with this 5 minute $14.00 mod. These are the bulbs I used.

Those Philip H9 bulbs are literally twice as bright as the stock H11s. I've had Silverstars in the past. Not that great and overpriced.

    Says they won't fit a 2019 4Runner...is there a significant difference in 2016 vs 2019 headlights?

I agree with you on the shopping carts. I have given many a person an eat shit look when they just leave them in the lot. I'll even stare them down while putting their cart away myself.
However, the remark about getting keyed was for a vehicle parked illegally, and like an a-hole. I don't condone damaging others' property, but if I parked like that and got keyed I would probably figure I deserved it for parking like an asshat.

I'm running the OEM TRD Pro suspension system. Bilstein 6112 shocks up front, 5160 reservoir shocks out back. I love the ride. I had the ToyTec Ultimate kit with the 5100s and it was nice but this is much better. Read my signature for full details.

Thanks for posting that video. After seeing how easy it looks... And how cheap the bulbs are... I ordered some.

I figure for less than $15 bucks what can it hurt...

Do they need to be modded at all or just simple plug and play?
