I've already changed the plugs wires cap rotor it still has a misfire could it be an injector or timing?

It could. Check your compression and verify your harness grounds too.

Is it just one cylinder, or random?

I have the same problem on my 94. But my misfires at random. I think timing is off but not sure. It did help when I went to better spark plugs (bosch irrideum plugs)

Try NGKs or Densos and not the fancy ones. Lots of guys fix misfires by going back to oem plugs.
