This has been a pet project of mine ever since making my first Expo Trailer in 2014. I wanted to design/manufacturer a trailer that you could build or change over time, without the need to take it to a shop to have done or cut and weld on it.
Hundreds of hours in CAD The completely modular design of the all new X-100 trailer chassis. Allows for these trailers too be changed or modified with simple nuts and bolts. The trailer can be ordered as a base model and upgraded over time. They will be offered as a bolt together kit you can build in your garage or fully a built out unit ready to roll. You could also order a chassis alone and build your own box. The best part about it they can be pallet ship-able as a DIY bolt together kit.

Accepting 25% deposits for pre production orders, Production starts in November 2019 contact Jerry@bayareametalfab.com for details.

The introductory Price on a DIY bolt together kit (no wheels and tires) is $8250.00 with FREE shipping to a business address and $8500.00 dropped in your driveway! to anywhere in the lower 48 And $8900.00 for a fully assembled trailer pickup only on assembled trailers.
