If u use a Carista OBDI reader to turn off eco bar do the MPH numbers get bigger or just more blank space when using that screen display ???

    Blank space.

You can also turn it off in the 4R's menu without using Carista.

I think he means the horizontal bar, not the eco leaf. You can get rid of the bar with driving in manual mode or over 88mph! I am not sure there is a way to disable it.
    Hope it helps.

Oh yeah, that's right. I disabled mine 2 years ago with the TechStream software, I forgot I did need that.

Anywhoo, it is an empty space when disabled.

Yep empty space... I just disabled mine with Carista. Also disabled the green eco "leaf" from the screen on the dash menu.

I dont mind the empty space, the eco bar always moving, and the green eco leaf constantly coming on and off was a bit distracting.

I will say it does move the Speed display down a bit so it is more centered. Does not get bigger, but it looks fine. Way better than that stupid bar.
