Hey everyone, if anyone knows, TC has been working on an expedition version of their +2 LT kit, and it's finally here!!

    https://www.chaosfab.com/2010+-FJ-C...-Long-Travel-Suspension-Kit-86222-E-10FJ.html
I've got all the info at my disposal, so if you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

    Key Upgrades and Redesigns;
-Thicker (heavier) lower control arms with billet CNC uniball cups get welded inside the actual arm which adds strength and also increases clearance.
-Steering stop built in to retain factory like turning angle while also not requiring modification of the stock balljoint mount.

Everything else is identical to the race kits, just beefed up to a whole new level and those few features added to make the kit that much better.

These are now in stock and ready to ship, so if you'd like to order and get the best LT kit on the market right now, please reach out. I'll be happy to put together a nice package deal with shocks/bypasses and everything needed to make this kit fit.

A lot of you will probably be like who is this guy? I'm Tretiak30 on TW, pretty well know and I run NEO Garage, so just crossing platforms to get the word out and pass along deals to the T4R group.

    2” EXPEDITION SERIES KIT FEATURES

    • The 2” Expedition Series kit features a redesigned lower control arm serving as an evolution of the Race Series LCA’s with select features to improve component strength, function and vehicle handling.
    • A newly integrated steering stop tab retains the factory turning angle with no modification necessary to the OEM ball joint cradles.
    • Billet CNC machined uniball cup ends extend into the arm providing more turning clearance and increased strength.
    • Upper and lower ball joints are replaced with 1" uniballs for maximum wheel travel. TOTAL CHAOS 1" I.D. uniballs feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & race for superior corrosion resistance and component strength. A military grade PTFE woven fabric liner surrounds the uniball which helps prevent noise and debris buildup.
    • Extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms increase track width 2” per side and bolt to factory control arm mounting locations yielding 11.5” of travel.
    • Upper and lower control arms utilize urethane bushings and steel inner sleeves which greatly reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings.
    • Lower controls arms come pre-tabbed for a secondary external bypass shock which can be installed to increase dampening and tunability.
    • Different spring rate options offer the ability to customize your ride for your specific application allowing you to custom tune the vehicle for specific terrain or desired performance.
    • Adjustable limit strap clevises are included to properly limit suspension droop wheel travel and allow necessary adjustments during the life of the limit strap.
    • Kit includes DOT approved stainless steel braided brake lines, TC custom 17-4 stainless hi-misalignment spacers and all necessary Grade 8 mounting hardware.
    • TC 4340 custom extended axles reuse factory inner and outer CV's to retain 4wd (axles are sold separately and not included with the kit).

I come and go. Didn't realize your shop had branched out into internet sales; just looked at your site. Cool! I'm sure I'll be wasting money with you soon enough!

Yes sir! Things have kinda gotten out of hand over here. Still a one man shop with some part time help.

Kinda crazy, and stressful trying to keep up and not go dark on anyone who needs help.

Call me if you need anything :D
