I think I need a desert package

Since April 1st we have had less than 1/2 of an inch rainfall. East Tennessee. Weather.com is showing no sign of rain into Oct. Good news is the 4Runner has a great AC on it.

I see people driving 2019 model cars and trucks with the windows down !! I'm old but what's up with that ? I walk around outside for 5 minutes and I' getting wet from the humidity.

 

I'm lost here...

 

Extreme heat for months damages vehicles.

Glass , tires , plastic , etc.

 

What you're experiencing is far from extreme heat. Modern vehicles are more then pepared to handle this type of environment.

92 degrees is extreme?

 

We’re on our 60th day of over 90 degrees tying records. And no rain in sept., tying records. It’s not humid here. But I find myself going north to shop FOR the higher humidity. Let it be known I usually drive a four cylinder corolla so it’s not my fault....

 

We finally got a front pushin through today and I just felt one rain drop.....grass is dormant and the leaves are dropping early. Almost time to mow the leaves...

 

to be fair, this time of year that is pretty high temps. higher than both las vegas and phoenix right now.

 

Ya were breakin a record tomorrow... And I got a yard full of leaves ugh. The trees are still green.lol Only thing better will be the neighbor burning trash.
