Did a bit of playing in a sandpit sunday... Cant wait to get it lifted and throw on some better tires.... But it still performs pretty good stock. Though i didnt take it into the bad areas, as i was alone and didnt have anyone to pull me out once i got stuck, which is highly likely in some of these areas.

Looks good. There aren't many options other then the factory for flaps

What size are they? Reg or xl?

Thanks! I went with the regular size since I “think” I’m going to stick with stock size tires on these wheels.

    Looks good!

That's one of the more tolerable Limited front ends I've seen.

Not trying to talk shit. I'm just not a fan of the Limited front ends (personal opinion).

But yours looks great. Good job!

Better late than never....got back in the T4R game. I miss my '02, but this '17 will do.

Spent 5.5 hours installing Icon stage 1 and 285/70/17 Ridge Grappler.

Installed my LFD 3/4 rack...fairly easy installation. I still have two more crossmembers, but will install them later.

It's a high quality rack. Looks good and their customer is top notch. I guess I received the third all aluminum full rack made and there was an issue with noise because the front air dam needed to be steel for rigidity reasons. I was also to have two of the cross bars steel for the same reason. Jacob overnighted the steel cross bars and air dam and sent a bunch of swag along with it. This fixed all the issues and now no noise to 80mph (I didn't go faster)....Great customer service from LFD.

Never mind the rack or the 4Runner. Tells us about the beast tucked away in the garage.

LFD/Jacob has been fantastic. Delivery was a little over a month from when I ordered the rack. I'm really happy with the rack. The truck tucked away in the garage is a 1964 FJ-40 that I've owned for more than 20 years. It has 77k miles, and a 4" lift, 33's, Celica GTS seats, a floor shifter conversion, and an Autometer gauge cluster I designed. I also swapped in a GM Alternator. It's been taking a nap for way too long. I started an axle swap with FJ-55 axles I bought from a friend, and am to the point where I have to rebuild the brake systems. I've already restored most of the hard top for it too. One of these days I'll get back to working on it, but for now, it's safely tucked away in the garage. Here's a tiny pic from when I drove it to Moab back in 1999:

Installed a magic bullet. Can't believe toyota short changed the ORP's of such a cheap part.

The top is a 10.00 light sensor from china. The bottom is a plastic plug toyota puts in its place. Its for auto dimming the dashboard lights. Stock on limited and pro's. The ORP's are wired for it, but no sensor.

I am very curious about this mod.
What do you leave your light setting on the turn stalk to?
Is there a video or can you explain how it works?
Like I mentioned earlier. If you leave your lights "on" all the time & turn your dash lights to "max" you can see everything but the clock.
Kind of confused on the details, but if I can get auto lights for $10... sold & a happy wife also.
    Thanks.

Its just the dashboard and radio screen. Only works with headlights on and the illumination wheel not clicked to max. Only works with the off road/ trail premium package. The SR5, guys have had no luck do to lack of factory harness. More info here...

One tip for install I learned in that thread. I put a straw through the wire so the jack didn't slip down into the dash! To me it would have stayed there as no way I would pull the dash.
    Works great on rainy days!

The OEM are that much brighter than the Morimoto?
I wanted them. Now... I don't get the "aftermarket upgrade" term?
    Thanks for the info.
P.M. if you want to get rid of them & I will test & post reviews.
Are you happy with OEM LEDs?
    Thanks.

I haven't installed them, won't have time till the weekend. Morimotos are good, Just more "blacked out" than I want my grill to be. I'll post up before after pics after I'm done.
