oook got my transmission back together. I didn't realize that you need a J shift t-CASE out of 98 and older 3rd gen, in order to get the dual cases to fit. thankfully my a friend had the case I needed, and i was able to get my crossmember in. I also cut the hole in the tunnel for the other stick, and wired in the speed sensors. having a automatic and dual cases should be interesting since this is a first for me.

I started to work on my rear shock setup. I have 14 inch shocks in the rear, I am having a little trouble getting them to fit so I had to mount them on the outside of the frame. iv seen this done but there's a very small gap of movement for my tire hitting the shock. the only easy solution I can think of is get a smaller backspacing. if anyone has pics of the 3rd gen please post them I'm interested in what it looks like with 2.5 bs.

I thought the 35 just looked way to small so I started with getting 37s. I was on the fence about getting new wheels, but then I got hooked up by battleborn wheels so I couldn't say no.

update I have been wheeling alot.. almost every weekend. during that time I found my storage set up, is a little weak, so I made a few modification. the plan is to strap recovery gear to the window to eliminate all the bags I have to take out to set up my bed. the net on the roof is for my sleeping gear. this was a sweet little solution after fordyce getting my stuff wet during the 1 of the 3 river crossing. I'm also looking for a light weight sleeping, storage setup so I've been drawing some solutions.
