    Hi. New here. I used the search before I decided to post.
    My current mechanic is getting on in years and is dumbfounded by an issue w/ my 4runner. He's been great for past 30 years, and feel bad that I have to do this. But I can't just throw $$ at multiple experiments just to fix a problem that is not uncommon.
    I think I need a new mechanic. Preferably someone who actually owns a toyota truck or suv.
    TIA. I'm sure others would like to know.

    I've been referred to Yotamasters in Corona CA and Scotty's in Riverside CA...but have not contacted these guys yet.
