The fuse box cover closed all the way by running the wire from underneath. These lights were better quality than some others I have seen that my friend has. A+

These look fantastic. Relatively easy to install. Seems to be well made. I wired mine to the interior fuse box. I cut a hole through the rubber plug in the firewall so the wires would be secure and water tight-ish. Used a zip tie taped to the wiring and it slipped right through the firewall hole. The lights clip right into my SR5 grill with the Toyota symbol in the center.

Cons:
Fuse sticks off the fuse box considerably, but I just cut a flap into the cover of the fuse box so not a big deal.
One of the lights didnt clip in correctly on the grill (see picture). I tried several times to get it to work but no matter how I pushed on it, the tabs wouldnt clip in behind the grill like the others. I e-mailed the seller but never got a response. It seems to be securely fixed for now though its off-set and only one of the clips is holding on. I took 1 star off for this.

Looks cool and solid. Installed for less than half an hour. So far, so good. Not sure for how long the led lights would last but happy with my purchase.

Initially I gave 1⭐ because I thought I was sent the wrong connection to fuse box but I was incorrect.
I was installing wrong.

Lights look AMAZING!!!!
Easy install. Took 30 minutes.
Ordering the smoked pair as well so I can swap whenever.

I recommend these lights for the 5th gen 4runner

Excited when I received these but soon found out the clips are too small to clip into the diamond area on my( 2022 4runner )5th gen grill. No other way to hold them in place. Super disappointed.
