I recently completed the Takita airbag replacements on my 14 4runner, both driver side & passenger side. Since then, my emergency flashers do not work. PA state inspection is next month and flashers are req'd to pass. I hope the problem is either a bad switch (doubtful) or the switch wires are not connected. The fuse is good. Can anyone help answer these questions?

What other electrical components are on the same circuit as my emergency flashers? I can check these to help isolate the problem. Also, need some advice on the switch removal to check for connected wires.

I could take it back to my dealer but I'd rather avoid them if possible. I know they will charge me $$$ to even take a look.

Just a guess, but it sounds like they forgot to plug the connection in, but i would take it back, just to be on the safe side, they may have missed something else in the process.

"You recently completed" or a dealer? Obviously if a shop bring it back. Hopefully the time span isn't to large and they don't tell you "they worked when it left here."

Still need to know what other electrical components are on the same circuit as my emergency flashers? I can check these to help isolate the problem. Also, need some advice on the switch removal to check for connected wires. I don't want to screw up my plastic dash.

I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh
how long ago was the work done, doesn't the work come with a warranty that would cover this even if only for 90 days or so?
