What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

Aluminum no doubt. Do you anneal it before, during or after or all the above, while bending? Don't know a lot about bending aluminum other than different alloys are more desirable.

I was looking under there when I took the stock one out an it looks like it may be tight to the sway bar

I got the 15 piece set off eBay for $105 shipped. The users name is delkrikit and they had great reviews. They were really easy to put on. Just needed to clean the originals with alcohol first before pressing on the overlays.

Any rubbing with the SCS wheels on what appears to be the stock tire size?

 

Yes, they are stock size.

No, there is no rubbing...but, I had already trimmed a hair off of the bottom of the front bumper cover where it meets the fender liner. I did that because there was a slight bit of rubbing with the last set of wheels I had these tires mounted on.

 

So you're saying there might be rubbing if you don't do the trimming that you did. And if you DO do the trimming you did, there probably won't be rubbing. Correct interpretation? (Not being an ass, just want to verify)

Silver Lab. Litter we picked him from was split about 50/50 between the lighter silver color and the darker charcoal color that he is.

My Dad has factory remote start on his GMC and it stays running when you open the door to get in. It seems like Toyota is the only, or one of the only, vehicles that shut off when you open the door. Kinda dumb IMO

 

I tried the 12 Volt Solutions remote start. Don't know if it was me or the module, but the truck would start and immediately turn off. I think the truck thought it was being stolen because the little key lock on the center console would illuminate after trying the remote start. Had to return it.
