2011 to 2014-2024 Bumper Conversion

Hello, I recently converted my 2011’s front and rear bumper to the 2014-2024 bumpers. I have made a YouTube tutorial on how I did it and I’ve made a parts list so other people can do this too. I’ll be linking my YouTube and the list as well as the before and after pictures.

I, however prefer the looks of the OG 5th Gen 4Runner. They are rarer if a 4runner can ever be rare.

Go thru FB Marketplace and look at 4runners. There are actually a bunch of them getting this done. There is a 2012 Limited i think in tennessee with the 2014+ SR5 front end, and the newer turn signal mirrors, and the Entune radio that didnt come out till 2013 and a few other things that make you look twice.

There is a new 2023 TRD Sport listed on market place with 16,000 miles and has the SR5 front end. I literally took a double take and wondered if it was an SR5 with the TRD Sport seats and wheels and emblems, but nope, its got the TRD Sport rear bumper and lower side skirts and silver spoiler decals ect. Someone probably wrecked it and the body shop swapped front ends to the SR5 stuff. There are a bunch of them popping up, i suspect some are done after a front end collision but some folks may be swapping things out of pocket. Either way you can EASILY make a 2010 look like a 2024.
