Every time we get a hard rain my front passenger floor gets soaking wet.
    1. My sunroof is clean
    2. I made the drain slots wider
    3. I blew out the drain hole in the corner of the sunroof.
Has anyone had the same issue and know why?
    Thanks!

When you get a massive rain, the "pan" under the sunroof can fill up faster than the drains will drain and when that happens you get water coming in over the lip of the "pan"
If you have water in that "pan" and turn a curve you might have it spill out onto the headliner or down the pillars.
My 2005 is still water tight and doesnt leak at all
My 2008 leaks like a boat with a hole in it every now and again. I'll get water in the front drivers side floor sometimes, water in the front passengers side sometimes, water running down the C pillar onto the back side window, water pouring out over drivers rear door window. I cant stand that thing and constantly consider running a bead of silicone around the whole thing. I constantly tell myself i'm never going to own a vehicle with a sunroof and then buy a vehicle with a sunroof again and again..................

I’d feel around the roof when exposed to water (whether rain, hose, etc) and see what else gets damp.

Any recent work like a windshield replacement?

Door and sunroof weatherstripping looking good?

welcome, I don't know why every vehicle needs a sunroof. On 2011 and 2018 I've never opened the sunroof.

100%. I wish I could buy without sunroof.

In 4runner world I could not buy a TRD ORP without KDSS and no sunroof but with heated seats. I could not buy any Limited with 3rd row and no sunroof. I hatesunroof. Wish I have a solid metal roof over my head. So it's much safer, better temperature management especially in winter, and more headroom.

    Edit -
My 2021 TRD Pro sunroof was leaking and fixed under warranty.

I got the same issue and it turned out to be a rear hatch issue. It leaks all the way forward on the passenger side getting both the front and rear floor boards wet along with the rear cargo area.
