Hi all, I'll be doing this fix soon. Curious on other's experience: I can feel/hear the issue primarily from the passenger side. Is that what others are experiencing?

If you can feel/hear the issue from the passenger side, it's a different problem. Maybe you have a dying wheel bearing or CV joint.

We put in the ECGS bushing a little over 40K miles ago, it's been smooth since install. At the time we replaced the needle bearing there was no TSB that covered 2020, very few service managers wanted to admit the problem existed, and the ones that did admit a problem said they didn't know what to do about it. The symptoms were kind of a goaning/growl/harmonic vibe at 45-50 mph, etc. etc., machining is an issue on the axle, too much clearance between bearing and axle. Good luck with yours.

I may mistaken where I'm feeling/hearing it. All the other symptoms are the exact same as described. 30-55 sweet spot for feeling the groaning. Goes away instantly once 4WD is engaged. I already took it to Toyota dealership once, and went on a drive with them (they drove) and they were unable to feel what I was describing. I also provided them with the 21-24 TSB: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10245450-9999.pdf

It is something you should just correct yourself. Their fix ranges from putting in new diffs (which have the exact same issue) to installing these vibration dampers on the axle that only mask the problem and don't actually fix it. A bit disappointing the way they deal with it. Officially, there is not a problem, unofficially, they know it is an issue. I changed many of these to ECGS Bushings unofficially for a local dealership. I am guessing they charged corporate for the warranty diff replacement and paid me $300 each. I charged them $100 over my normal rate and I am sure they were making a ton on the whole deal haha
