I just don't see dropping all that money into it to never use it.

I mean, he built some big off-road looking truck that isn't capable of much at all.

while they dont use it, i used my truck with the drop bracket lift. Toyota people just get a hard on for hating on them. Who the hell cares, go on with your mini lift and let their people do their thing.

My bad, sorry to apparently offend the masses, no need to get angry. I must have hit a sweet spot not directed at you at all.

I used to wheel with my buddy who works for Jimmy's 4x4 in colorado. He had a tacoma with a drop bracket lift (using jetta struts of all things), with marlin duals. He hated every bit of it and wheeled the shit out of it lol. The drop bracket itself was bent and beat to hell on every rock it touched. Once you go drop bracket you can't go back and for the money spent you might as well SAS and actually be able to do something with it. Just my opinion.

i just had to deal with idiot canadians so my apologies. I just never understood it. THere is shit DBL and quality. Bulletproof (which that tundra is) and Cognito are top of the top quality.

Maybe for older vehicles but everything now on drop bracket lifts are bolt on, no fab.

I'd prefer ground clearance versus height. You get more clearance with a 4" lift and 2"LT than you do when you compare 3" lift versus a 6" DB lift

drop bracket lift are all i see in texas. That tundras got a nice setup with extended coilovers and everything but the ones that bother me are the ones with stock suspension and just a 6" spacer on top of it. it is quite funny when my buddy with a 6" and 33s wonders why he has the same amount of ground clearance I do.

but yeah as sam said, they're not bad. 90 percent of them are on pavement all day anyway, and its not like they're gonna SAS just to run 37s
