Maybe I am late in the game, never knew that I can lock the door without having to press the lock button on the fob. Just have to touch the two lines on the handle. Just the driver and passenger doors has the lock sensor. No more reaching in the pocket to lock the doors. Thank you Toyota.

You can also lock via pushing the window 'up' button on the rear hatch. You have to have the fob on you for any of these to work.

I knew about the hatch buttons. I need to go page by page in the manual to see what else I missed.

They look great. My wife wants me to paint my skid plate black and keep the red letters.

Thanks! I kicked around getting the black skid plate from car trim home. Ultimately decided on OEM since our 4Runner is white with black trim like yours. Feel like the silver stands out a bit more

Just had time to make a video of trigger auxiliary lights by factory High beams using FBC Shutter Trigger Harness. Not a sponsored video or never asked for any discount from Daveeasa. So with paying full price I say this is a small but a mighty product. Probably one of my fav mods done.

I like it! Still getting used to all the tech. The heated steering wheel is nice :)

Lilah told me she wanted to do some shopping today, but the 4runner was disgusting and had to get a bath before she could be seen in it!

So, gassed up and stopped by a park to get some fresh air and spread the legs a bit before we hit the car wash, then we did some shopping and she picked out a hot pink harness. All in all, I had a good day being the faithful, loyal sidekick.

Oh, and she asked me to show you phillistines what good taste looks like, since the locals don't seem to appreciate it:

I think I'm going to plasti dip the plate, if I like it I'll look into something permanent. I purchased another tie down for the right rear and painted them both red along with both on the front.

Load E is too heavy and will affect acceleration and braking. That screw can happen with any tire and it's easy fix with DIY puncture seal kit you can buy for few bux. As long as it's on the flat surface and not side of the tire it provides good seal.

Yes. Very convenient. FYI. Just in case it doesn't respond by just touching top sensor know that there is also sensor on the bottom side of the handle so if you touch both top and bottom it always works.

I bought this too. I have about 4 different brands of wheel cleaner. The more I think about it, though, the more I'm starting to think that all these wheel cleaners are unnecessary. I wash my truck regularly, and when I do I use a microfiber mitt with the little tassels. I clean the wheels thoroughly, and when I'm done they look just as good as they do if I use a wheel cleaner.

Poor Lilah has a Jack Russell sibling? We have one. And we love her. But they don't have an "Off" button.

Took mine for a wash, wax, and internal exorcism.

Noticed a paint chip on the passenger door that is down to the metal. Need touch up paint suggestions for Ice Cap.

Guess everyone has to get a first blemish on their 4Runner at some point. Today was my day to find one.

Took it to Costco to get gas. $3.95/gal.

    I’m happy with <$4/gal.

I was going to wash it but it’s going to rain in 2 days. I’ll wash it next week.
