Tire carrier Options for 5th gen 4Runner

Looking for a rear mounted fire carrier that is low profile and doesn’t stick out so far out the rear. Does anyone know of a company that makes these similar to that of keeps that are incorporated into the bumper? Shouldn’t be that hard to make a hole in the top of the bumper and get it mounted to the frame as opposed to hitch mounted.

Don’t like the design. Hitch mounted and protrudes our way too far.
