Thanks to anyone who can weigh in here. This noise as been driving me crazy. I hear it over small bumps, only driver side, only front. (Sorry if you've seen these already on a FB group).

I have removed all skids, all splash guards, tightened all hood bumpers, tightened anything I could find under the hood. Bolted down the windshield guard. Had the tires balanced, alignment check, and taken to the dealership and two offroad shops.

The fact that, when the tire is off the ground, I get some noise when I move it side to side holding at 9 and 3 tells me maybe end links. There is some grease, but it really doesn't sound like that's where it's coming from. Almost sounds like its steering. However, there is no noise when I turn side to side, and no steering play at all driving. It's only going over small bumps

Here are the videos. Tire off the ground on driver. Thanks in advance.

Just curious, are both front tires off the ground in the first video? If not, lift one side at a time, and then see if it does the same clicking. Is the clicking only on one side, or both?

But before all that, have you double checked your work on the suspension install? Was everything torqued down to correct values?

Chances are, the noise is related to the suspension install. Not saying that it is for sure, but I’m saying you need to absolutely rule that out first, by getting a torque wrench on everything that was touched for the install.

Honestly, they feel and sound very similar. This is a good point (note, I always have three tires on the ground). But since the steering assembly is on the driver's side I figured something with the steering might make the noise on the left side more. Although really I only hear it when I go over bumps on the left.

    It's driving me insane.

I hear you regarding suspension install, but I have checked all fasteners myself and taken it to three shops. No one things that's it.

When you’re driving, do you also feel clicking in the steering wheel when it makes the noise?

i’m not really sure what this could be, but… it sounds like something isn’t tight. Can you get a ratchet and socket on the steering rack mounting bolts to see if they are loose? That’s the only other thing I can think of.

Honestly I don't really feel anything in the steering. There is a small click if I turn quickly side to side. But it doesn't sound the same.
