Finished changing interior lights to meso leds

 

From your pictures, you backup camera doesn't have night vision. Night vision goes into grayscale similar to security cameras and game cameras. It's triggered by one of the light sensors, separate from headlight operation. Not sure if the 2020+ years got it.

Incidentally, the Tacoma's license plate lights put too much glare in the backup camera. FBC sells a harness to disable the license plate lights in reverse. The problem also goes away with an off-road bumper.

 

Ran to beer store for a case for step-son for Xmas & topped off @ WaWa $3.139 Reg.87 oct. Lowest it's been in over 4 years . Should be coming down pretty soon I believe.

Tested this out today with the hatch window down at up to 50 mph. Tried it with the front door windows closed and open a few inches. No additional noise or buffeting from the cargo cover.

 

Heck you're in NJ already cheaper then Pennsylvania & you CAN'T Pump your own gas where as we have to! (1 Local that does pump it & good because my wife doesn't do that, if we're out in her car she conveniently needs gas & we then go to WaWa for me to pump it. Which I do not mind for her)Pa 3rd highest behind Il the Ca. & our Roads SUCK!!! Don't need to go off road just drive Pa roads, they're like TRAILS!!!. Still not sure where to retire, Pocono's where the wife SURPRISING has suggested or another state? Problem is I like 4 season & Snow ( Which we rarely get here recently & NO I'm not into the Climate BS too!)

I replaced our reverse lights with Diode Dynamic XPR lights that I ordered from Black Friday... They are a little pricey, but appear to be the best in it's class.

There was a blurb on Diode Dynamic's website that said they wouldn't be compatible with TRD Pro and TRD ORP (for some reason?) and I rolled the dice. No issues at all and I'm glad I pulled the trigger.

Ended up ordering the new Morimoto Evos. I’ll get the replacement driver side from Alpharex then sell them off.
