    I am very happy with the PM4005Ws …. I grasp the ladder when shutting the lift gate and think the resistance is perfect.

    Yes, it opens great now, maybe a bit too enthusiastically :D --- I think with a little more weight (maybe a rotopax) it will be at a sweet spot.
