Powder coat touch up

    Finally got around to slider touch up painting. 80% off road recommended this is what they use for bumpers. Really impressed with how well it matches the powder coating adding a slight texture. My kickouts on sliders were bare metal. Turned out much better than I was expecting. I can't even tell the difference in where it is PC or touch up with the bed liner.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
    I haven't done this yet to my "predator" steps on my 4Runner, but I will soon. I did it yearly on my Tacoma. It had predator steps too. After the first year they looked very oxidized and shitty. I'm in Texas, we don't have road salt; so I can't blame it on that. They just have a crappy coating on them.

    The Rustoleum makes 'em look brand new every single year and gives a nice textured grip.

    I've used the same stuff. They should market it as "powder coat in a can".

    Took a little playing with on distance to hold the can for correct spray pattern. Once I figured that out it was perfect application.

    A piece of card board playing with the rattle can is your friend before starting the job.
