    I very highly recommend you have a look at 4XInnovations' weld-on sliders. I truly believe there's no better value anywhere. and they've been stellar up to and including my first rock garden. Great customer service and very reasonable shipping cost too.

    I'm in metro Atlanta and asked around in a local 4R Facebook group. There was a guy who lived pretty close to me and does welding and fabrication. I can't remember what the guy charged me but it was maybe $150-200 to weld the pieces together then mount them on the frame. I picked them up in between to paint them.

    Maybe there's a Chicago-area or state/regional group where someone would make you a deal or at least recommend a reasonable shop. There's always FB Marketplace but I've only ever bought goods, not services.

    One-at-this-price stripper. Bought new 34 yrs ago, a $13K leftover. Added Detroit TruTrac, 1”rear spring spacer and “pinstripes”… Factory AC kit and roof rack bought at dealer cost at time of purchase, still blows ice cold 32yrs later. 2022 AG ORP all stock.
    Lobbying for a TruTrac for the front of Goldie, not going well, bought a new SxS 2 months ago that might have to suffice.
