KTJO 4x4 Driver side grab handle

Recently purchased the wrong color grab handle from KTJO 4x4. Placed an order for the correct color and asked on the order to return the other. I received a shipping notice and a return label. I sent the item back and according to the tracking it has been delivered.

I have yet to see a refund from KTJO or been able to get ahold of them via email or phone. How do I handle this handle issue?

 

The fastest way to handle it: Dispute the charge with your CC company. If they're anything like mine, they'll put the money back in 24hrs.

 

@Borracho Loco is giving you the best advice: dispute it with your CC company. Unlike you and me, they have access to a companies transaction history and can see how many times disputes are opened via cardholders of both their card, and others. They will be quick to return your funds.

Honestly, you got a response for a return, which is more than what most get from them in that area. They are know for a lack of customer service. Not surprised that you haven't been refunded. I don't get why people keep ordering crap from them when they consistently have demonstrated shady business practices. Search the forums, you will find issue after issue. They have been banned from here, Tacomaworld, and most the other forums. Buyer beware.

 

I had a difficult time with them as well. I bought the folding mirrors. They were bad and damaged and never worked. Returning and getting a refund was a beach.

 

How long has it been since your return was delivered? My last experience in 2023, they responded to my email about damaged hardware after 9 days and shipped out replacement hardware without a fuss. Didn't require any follow-up emails or phone calls.

I would suggest holding off on the credit card dispute if you plan to do business with the vendor in the future. They're selling seat covers for cheaper than other sites, for example.

 

He posted 12 days ago. That seems more then ample time to respond.

 

^He hasn't posted an update since then. Usually this means it was resolved...

 

I had to make an account just to comment on this, I'm going through the exact same thing right now.

Received the grab handle in the wrong color on Dec 5th, called KTJO and reached someone who told me to send the handle back and they'll send a replacement, sent it back on the same day as I received it and it was delivered back to them on Dec 11th, no communication afterwards, already sent them an email and have gotten nothing at all, tried to call their number and went straight to voicemail.

I'm getting ready to file a dispute with my CC company but figured to wait until after the end of the year to try again.
