If you're going to stay with the 285/70 then I would lose the spacers and trim the drivers side fender 1 inch. It's likely that you're also hitting the mud flaps, so check there if you're still getting rubbing after trimming the fender 1". Take a look at this video for a comparison between the 34 and 35 inch tires, it doesn't show you how to make the repairs, but it gives a great idea of what to expect for each tire size.

They’ll fit on the SR5 wheels. Keep in mind there are only two tire options in 34x10.5R17. Open Country and KO3.

That’s fine by me I was looking at those two anyways haha , car has open country’s on it as it sits now, I watched a guy in YouTube who is running 3” lift with bmc and was able to fit 285/75/17 with still an inch of clearance heading back towards the body mount , but if you think 34x10.5 is even safer I’ll run that, I’m assuming I’ll need bmc and uca , if so which uca would you recommend

Every aftermarket UCA I have seen has issues. I clearanced for 33s on stock suspension and plan to clear 34s with as small of a lift as I can get away with to try and keep my stock UCAs.

So your thinking stock uca for me as well? I figured you need them to get the right camber for the wheel

You probably do with the lift you want. I just don’t have a recommendation since I don’t plan to use any

What are you planning on doing exactly to accomplish 34’s

Put them on with no springs and cycle the suspension up and down with steering wheel locked. Cut, bend, and weld whatever is in the way. I anticipate a more aggressive BMC and pinch weld hammering/cutting

Why aren’t you wanting to lift it?

I think 4Runners with huge lifts look dumb without 35s or larger. You also lose down travel for every inch lifted on independent suspension. It’s still going to get lifted, but not by 3”. 1”-2” likely
