    So long story short I have a 2006 limited 2wd v6

It sat for awhile with a dead alternator and battery died. Replaced the alternator, popped on a new belt and I was just flat out not paying attention and crossed the battery jumper cables and blew a handful of fuses including the 140a AMP fuse (was an unexpected nightmare to replace)

I've replaced all blown fuses, and ended up putting in a brand new mass airflow sensor (did not fix anything)

What's my next steps in diagnosis/part replacements?

So what are the current symptoms beside the codes?

Check engine light, VTC, and TRAC are the only lights left on at this point.
It idles kind of rough, not bad but noticeably more than it did last time I remember driving it. So far I've only drove it around the neighborhood it 20 mph just to see if it would actually run.

It also idles around 1,100 RPM for the first 5 to 10 minutes of being on which I don't remember it doing but that could also be just having not paid attention to it before.

suggest you clear those codes and see if they come back.

Yep, I cleared the codes and drove it around some and everything cleared. I figured they would just turn off on their own
