Hi! Former Tacoma owner

Had a Blue Tacoma TRD Sport for 10 years, 174K miles, no significant problems. Going down the street 45MPH and a guy left turns right in front of me. Not only smashed the poor truck up, but it caught fire big time. Off to my local Toyota dealer - he had a 2024 blue TRD Sport - perfect, right? Well sadly no. In the new design the back of the front seats goes all the way to the floor - there's no place for the back seat passengers to put their toes. But he did have a 2023 4Runner Limited in Barcelona Red with just 14K miles - its still got the V6 and lots of room in the back seat, so I drove it home.

Gotta say its pretty nice. What's everybody using for a phone holder?

I use a Weathertech cupfone as it was a gift, but there are multiple options depending on how far you want to go.
Multiple RAM mount options out there to suite your fancy.

 

Welcome! I still own a 2015 2nd Gen Tacoma TRD Sport that is my daily with 127k miles. Love that truck. Sorry to hear about yours. I'm not a fan of the 4th Gen Tacoma either.

I came from a Tacoma TRD OR as well. I liked that truck but I love the 4Runner! Like 2Toys above, I have the OffRoam as well.

Honestly, I mostly use it on road trips. Around town I use a wireless CarPlay adapter and my phone stays in my pocket.

 

Welcome from Wisconsin! We also had a Tacoma before the 4Runner, we like the fact everything in the 4Runner is under the same leak proof roof, and climate controlled.
