Gracio, that is a reflection of an unfinished wall. You are seeing insulation, studs and my surfboards in the reflection. If my wife's car was in there you wouldn't see the wall

And with the original Terra Grappler that isn’t even made anymore. The G2 came out I think around 2017 and now it’s the G3 edition . Probably kept making the original just for Toyota.
