Sand runner

hey folks, long time lurker here - but it took me a few months to figure out there is no database error on this forum - just that admins did that to drop all registration requests from outside of US. I hope I am not violating any rules and the community is open to alien residents ;-)



Since this car was never offered outside of NA markets, it took me a while to get one. Here she is: 2016 TRD with 2.5" lift



mods done so far:
- rebuild the suspension (icon... 2 springs broken, third cracked - must have been some bad batch because springs are not supposed to corrode that way in such short timeframe)
- bi-led projectors (car came from RHD market, so projectors were somehow modified already by the previous owner), incredible upgrade over the stock
- audio (not sure what was there before, so I just stripped everything out and set up something better than stock with 6.8" pioneer unit, instead of commonly chosen android wide screen)
- 17" forged rims wrapped in 285/70 Geolandars 015 (more for sand driving than mountain, so highway comfort is preferred, since most highways here are limited at 85mph)

 

Welcome from Wisconsin! We too like sand running, it's easy on parts. As for the 85MPH limit on roads.. that would be more than enough here.
